Rates & Booking
Below are our rates for this year and a choice of booking forms. For availability just send an email/phone requesting the time you want to stay and we will respond by return. We ask for a 25% deposit to confirm your stay and the balance 8 weeks before you arrive. A security deposit is required which is 25% of the cost of your booking but send as a separate cheque and it will not cashed unless we have to.
If our villa is booked for your stay we know other private villa owners who we can recommend. Also there is the famous 5 Star Hotel Chia Laguna close by.

2008 PRICES
April 12th to June 6th £2250 per week
June 7th to July 11th £3450 per week
July 12th to August 29th £4950 per week
August 30th to September 26th £3450 per week
September 27th October 25th £2250 per week

What’s included:
All towels including beach towels, cleaning every week, welcome pack of your choice.
Change over day normally Saturday
